Complimentary Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 receive affordable $12 standard shipping throughout the continental United States.

II. Shipping Protection
We offer optional shipping protection on all orders through our partner. Shipping protection covers your order against loss, damage, and theft during transit.
What's Covered
- Lost shipments — packages that never arrive or are lost in transit
- Damaged items — products that arrive broken, crushed, or otherwise damaged during shipping
- Stolen packages — orders confirmed as delivered but not received
How to Add Protection
Shipping protection is offered during checkout. Simply toggle the protection option to add coverage to your order. The cost is calculated based on your order value and is added as a separate line item.
Filing a Claim
If you experience an issue with your shipment, you can file a claim directly through our claims portal. The process is simple and typically requires only your order number, tracking information, and photos of any damage.
Submit a Claim: Visit covrly.claimsorted.com/submit-a-claim to file a shipping protection claim. Please have your store name, order number, tracking information, and any relevant photos ready before starting your submission.

Claim Guidelines
- Submit one claim per order or shipment issue
- If multiple items from the same delivery are affected, include them in a single submission
- Upload all relevant screenshots and photos during submission to avoid delays
- If additional documentation is needed, the claims team will email you with a clear list of what is required
Please Note: Shipping protection must be added at the time of purchase and cannot be added to an order after checkout. Orders without shipping protection are subject to our standard lost and stolen package policy outlined in Section V below.
III. Processing & Transit Times
Order Processing
Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days on all orders, including Priority and Express shipping options. Orders are carefully prepared to ensure your plants arrive in optimal condition.
Important: Please expect longer processing and shipping times during annual sales events. We do not ship over weekends or holidays, and all orders placed after 10am EST on Fridays will ship on the next business day.

Please Note: Expedited, Priority, and Express shipping options are estimates only and are not available during product launch days due to order volume. These timeframes represent transit time after processing and do not include our 1-3 business day processing period.
IV. Shipping Accuracy & Weather
We take pride in the accuracy of our shipping dates, maintaining over 95% on-time delivery. However, external factors may occasionally cause delays. Because these are estimates, exact shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping live products presents unique challenges. Occasionally, Mother Nature does not follow our schedule. On rare occasions, we delay shipping due to severe weather forecasts. However, we will keep you informed—the health of your plants is our highest concern.
Spring Shipping
Some plants and trees are cold-sensitive, making it best to ship them during months with milder temperatures. Spring-shipped items are clearly identified on their product pages. Northern states that require spring-only shipping are also identified.
Most trees and plants can be planted year-round safely, but some gardeners prefer planting in warmer weather. If you would like to delay your delivery date, please call us at 305-489-9089. We are happy to work with your preferred schedule.
V. Order Status & Tracking
Tracking Your Order
- All orders include shipping and tracking information sent to your email
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system
- We advise signing up for email and/or SMS notifications through your tracking link to receive real-time updates
- Check your email regularly for updates on your shipment status
Order Cancellations
Due to the volume of orders we process and our rapid fulfillment system, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed—especially during product launch days. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Important Notice: For orders without shipping protection, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If you are having trouble locating your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location or requiring a signature for delivery.
Orders with Shipping Protection: If you added shipping protection at checkout, you are covered against loss, theft, and damage. Submit a claim here to begin the resolution process.
VI. Special Shipping Circumstances
Business & Commercial Addresses
If a package is being sent to a business or commercial address, a person's first and last name must be included in Address Line 1, or the package will be held for verification that it is being sent to an individual rather than a business entity.
Import Taxes & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, and duties that may apply. Plantology USA is not responsible for delays due to customs processing, duties, or taxes. International shipping rates and policies vary by destination.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by the shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your refund for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or returned due to insufficient address information.
Undeliverable Package Policy: Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and an $8 undeliverable processing fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with correct shipping information if you would like your items re-sent.
VII. Shipping Restrictions
Geographic Limitations
Standard shipping is available throughout the continental United States. Please note the following exceptions:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Special shipping arrangements and rates apply. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
- APO/FPO Addresses: Military addresses require special handling. Please contact us before placing your order.
- International Orders: International shipping is limited and subject to agricultural regulations. Contact us for availability and rates.
Agricultural Restrictions
Certain plants cannot be shipped to specific states due to agricultural regulations. These restrictions are clearly noted on product pages. We comply with all USDA and state agricultural department requirements to protect native ecosystems.
